- 40g (1.4 oz) sunflower seeds
- 20g (0.7 oz) sesame seeds
- 20g (0.7 oz) flaxseeds
- 20g (0.7 oz) pine nuts
- 40ml (about 2½ tbsp) natural honey
- 1 egg white
- Pinch of salt
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Finely chop the dried apricots.
- Combine all the nuts, seeds, and chopped apricots in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the honey, egg white, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla, then mix thoroughly until everything is evenly coated.
